The sale by Roy and Maria Metaxas for $13,808,900 was to investor Rosheeni Dobbie in December last year.

The home, with formal and casual living areas, has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, plus a high-end Calacatta marble kitchen and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.

There’s a vergola-covered indoor pool, which opens to a terrace with a northerly harbour view.

The home is kitted out with a smart home system, which Sandilands admitted to his KIIS listeners had been a struggle to get his head around.
