Victoria’s top celebrity sales 2022: Daniel Radcliffe, Guy Pearce make moves
Daniel Radcliffe and Guy Pearce have brought Hollywood power to Victoria’s property market this year, alongside a range of AFL stars and rich listers. See the full list.
Harry Potter superstar Daniel Radcliffe and Geelong-raised A-lister Guy Pearce brought Hollywood power to Victoria’s property market this year.
Some of the AFL’s biggest names also made moves, including Saints cult hero Fraser Gehrig, who quietly sold his Beaumaris home for $4.4m in just two weeks.
Premiership coach Paul Roos and wife Tami offloaded their luxe South Melbourne penthouse for a mega $4.85m, and actor Ryan ‘Toadie’ Moloney sold up in Merricks.

Marshall White Bayside director Matthew Pillios led the Roos deal and is no rookie when it comes to dealing with the state’s biggest personalities.
“This year has been quieter to the previous five years for celebrity sales, it’s mostly been Victorian footy players rather than interstate buyers,” Mr Pillios said.
“There’s a lot of uncertainty in the market at the moment.”
Despite that, Collingwood champion Dane Swan sold the Kingsville house he bought after an ultimatum from the club as a young draftee for $120,000 beyond reserve.
“I had to buy because Collingwood kicked me out of living with my friends,” he told The Herald Sun at the time.
“They didn’t want me living with my friends anymore and said ‘you need to find a new place to live, or you won’t be here’. So I moved out and I bought that.”
Millionaire influencers Steph Claire Smith and Olivia Molly Rogers also sold up, as did Tom and Emma Hawkins, Scott and Alex Pendlebury, and sailing legend John Bertrand.
