King Charles ‘miffed’ at being forced to pay rent by Prince William
Newly crowned King Charles is said to be less than happy at now being charged rent by his eldest son Prince William.
King Charles III isn’t happy with another son – this time Prince William is in the firing line for charging his father rent on the Royals’ holiday home in Wales.
Since he fled Royal life in the UK for the celebrity life in California, Prince Harry has been seen as the unfavoured son.
But now Williams is off-side with the new ruler, after King Charles was informed he would have to pay his elder son to stay at The Firm’s Llwynywermod property, located in Brecon Beacons National Park.

After the death of Queen Elizabeth last year, Prince William took ownership of the property in the middle of Wales, about 100km north west of the capital Cardiff.
According to the New York Post, the Prince of Wales plans to rent out the quaint three-bedroom cottage on the property.
The King bought the home for around $2.2m in 2007 and Queen Camilla has worked on refurbishing it.
Charles likes to stay at the cottage for a week or two every summer and will now have to pay for the privilege.

Now that Prince William has decided to use the home as a rental property, the new monarch will be simply another short stay tenant, coughing up cash to stay in the royal abode.
Furthermore, King Charles will have to move his personal belongings from the home.
It is a situation that has left the new monarch “miffed and “disappointed”, reports say.
The move to rent the property is an insistence on behalf of Prince William and Princess Katherine that they want to support the Welsh tourist industry and have rented out properties and rooms to do their part.
