Interior decorator Janelle “Nellie” Tilley has relisted her Bellevue Hill apartment as an off-market listing.
Alan Fettes at Ray White is the third agent Tilley has used to try to find a buyer in the past three years, according to CoreLogic.
Fettes is advising that $9m plus is being sought by Tilley.
It was first listed unsuccessfully in 2021, with a $7.5m price guide, with LJ Hooker agents David Malouf and Michael Paroulakis.

POLICE CHARGES
The relisting follows Tilley pleading not guilty to assaulting her boyfriend in that same home.
Last week it emerged that Tilley, who now uses her maiden name Foster, pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, with a hearing set for March next year. The alleged incident involved her former Greek lover Paris Saint.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Tilley, a Sydney socialite once praised for her bravery in advocating against domestic violence, was charged with bashing her 34-year-old Greek lover during their four-year relationship.

Tilley, 58 — who was once married to Simon Tilley, brother of James Packer’s one-time confidant Ben Tilley — allegedly threatened to “get someone to break his legs” if Mr Saint went to police, according to court documents.
But in March this year, when the couple’s relationship ended, Mr Saint went to police and claimed he had been the victim of ongoing domestic violence.
‘MYSTERY DECORATOR’
Tilley’s design firm was also recently revealed as the ‘mystery’ decorator who furnished the $13.1m Vaucluse love nest mansion secretly bought by WiseTech Global billionaire Richard White as a residence for his ex-lover Linda Rogan, who founded Bionik Wellness.
Tech guru White is one of Australia’s wealthiest people according to The Australian’s Richest 250, with a wealth now estimated to be around $15bn.

In August, White had moved to bankrupt Ms Rogan over a $91,000 sum she spent on luxury furniture at the mansion.
Rogan claimed she was locked out after their sexual relationship was discovered by White’s girlfriend Zena Nasser.
The court was told Tilley was required to enter a nondisclosure agreement with White for her design role.

In fighting the Federal Court bankruptcy proceedings glamorous beauty entrepreneur Rogan, claimed that it was White who had bought the house through the shelf company Maravillosa Properties Pty Ltd for her to reside in.
But it was revealed by The Australian on Tuesday that the legal case between Mr White and Ms Rogan had ended when Ms Rogan filed a notice of discontinuance with the Federal Court.
The Australian reported a settlement between the pair was agreed, potentially worth more than $1m to Ms Rogan, an owner of Laser Clinics franchises in Sydney, Queensland and New Zealand.

“Mr White and Ms Rogan have settled the Federal Court proceeding which related to a commercial dispute,” Mr White said in a statement via a spokeswoman on Tuesday.
“Ms Rogan has withdrawn all her allegations, and the parties are not pursuing any further court action.
“Given this was a personal matter Mr White has settled to avoid any distraction from his primary focus which is on implementing WiseTech’s growth strategy and continuing to create value for its shareholders and customers.”

POLITICAL CONNECTION
White sold the Vaucluse home at the centre of the bitter court battle for $11.5m in February last year.
But the blue chip Eastern Suburbs home, which boasts a ‘luxury Vaucluse lifestyle [that] embraces elegance and contemporary comfort’ according to its listing, is for sale again.
It is currently the Eastern Suburbs home of Mark Chikarovski, who awaits sentencing for his admitted role in a dark web drug supply operation. Chikarovski, the son of former Liberal leader Kerry Chikarovski, plead guilty to commercial drug supply, indictable drug supply, and dealing with the proceeds of crime at a court hearing in June.
