IV drips, acupuncture, day spa: Celebrity developer’s boujee new apartment tower
A 24-storey wellness utopia is bound for the Gold Coast, complete with IV drip treatments, acupuncture, and a boujee bathhouse.
A 24-storey wellness utopia is bound for the Gold Coast as developers cater to demand for next-level, luxury apartment living.
Award-winning developer, GRAYA™, has been given the green light to go ahead with a $140m residential tower on Old Burleigh Rd, Broadbeach.
The project known as ‘Enclave’ will feature eight, half-floor residences, and 15 full-floor residences, ranging in price from $2.2m to $7.3m, with the crowning jewel a $25m-plus three-storey penthouse.
But it’s the private wellness amenities akin to the world’s most exclusive clubs that will seal the deal for buyers, who are becoming increasingly obsessed with health and wellness.

The building will feature a whole-floor, bathhouse-style ‘health and wellness club’ on level one, complete with IV drip treatments, acupuncture, hot and cold plunge pools, a steam room and a sauna, a gym, a hydrotherapy spa, a mineral water pool, and daybeds.
Residents’ services will extend to a concierge, who can coordinate everything from a private chef to surf lessons, with a car wash, personal training, facials, and Tesla car share exclusive to Enclave, and a private sommelier also available.

GRAYA co-founder Rob Gray said the project’s private bathhouse and concierge services would cater to the growing demand for luxury services among local downsizers, upgraders and affluent buyers in Queensland and beyond.
“Enclave will cater to the growing global demand for holistic wellness and longevity, and will provide residents with services and equipment that you’d only find at the world’s most exclusive wellness clubs,” Mr Gray said.
“This is one of the Gold Coast’s true lifestyle offerings, with protected ocean views, high-end finishes, and whole-floor residences where every detail has been carefully considered to give residents a laid-back, yet luxurious life, just metres from the sand.”
Mr Gray said construction costs remained a challenge across southeast Queensland, which gave buyers confidence in Graya’s fully integrated design-develop-build model.
“This is our tallest tower to date, and we’ve designed a scheme that we’re incredibly proud of,” he said.
“GRAYA has a tried and tested model that we have refined over many years. We’ve got
longstanding relationships with subcontractors and suppliers across Queensland, meaning we are one of a small number of property groups who can provide certainty of delivery in this highly sought-after and competitive market.”
Award-winning Sydney interior design practice, Tom Mark Henry, has been appointed to curate the interior spaces within Enclave, which will prioritise air quality, natural light and comfort.
WHITEFOX Projects has been appointed to lead the sales campaign, with the launch
expected in the second half of this year.
GRAYA™ has completed close to 100 projects, led by brothers Rob and Andrew Gray, and now boasts a pipeline of work in the realm of $1 billion.
Its most recent multi-residential projects in Queensland include Maison, Chalk, and York in New Farm, and Canvas in Bulimba.
