Radio veteran Alan Jones’ has accumulated an impressive real estate empire that stretches from the glitzy Gold Coast to the prestigious Circular Quay in Sydney CBD where he was arrested over allegations he indecently assaulted, groped and inappropriately touched young men.

His real estate moves in recent times have been well documented, including a $10.5m apartment purchase in Sydney’s illustrious Toaster building catapulted his status in Sydney, offering enviable views of the Opera House from its sixth-floor location. It is there police executed a search warrant during his arrest.

In 2022, Jones nabbed a glamorous Southport mansion for a $12.25m from Gold Coast Titans part-owners, Rebecca and Brett Frizelle.

The celebrity couple had initially snapped up the luxurious riverfront property for a cool $4.2m back in 2013, before working with renowned architect Bayden Goddard to orchestrate a two-year renovation.

The palatial estate boasts some of the most jaw-dropping views on the Gold Coast — stretching majestically across the river to the vibrant city skyline from Southport to Broadbeach.

Reports indicate Jones’ niece, Tonia Taylor, and her husband, tennis coach Justin Taylor, have snagged a 12 per cent stake in the trophy home.

The opulent five-bedroom residence features lavish living spaces, including two expansive lounges, a 20-metre lap pool, a wine cellar complete with a tasting room, and a wet bar.

The property was eloquently marketed by Kollosche’s Michael Kollosche.

In 2017, Alan Jones purchased a $10.5m apartment in one of Sydney’s most sought-after addresses — the iconic Toaster building at Circular Quay.

This off-market deal came after Jones sold his Avoca Beach retreat, marking a significant shift in the broadcaster’s lifestyle as he prepared to bid farewell to his seldom-used Avoca Beach retreat.

The apartment, nestled on the sixth floor, boasts breathtaking views of the Sydney Opera House.

At the time, the property set a staggering benchmark price of $52,000 per square metre, a testament to the prestige and desirability that this tip-of-the-quay residence commanded.

Rumours circulated earlier this year whether Jones would sell off his Circular Key asset – at the time he denied any intentions of selling.

In 2022, Alan Jones cashed in on his Southern Highlands farm — known as Elizabeth Farm and Charlieville — after a marathon seven-month campaign.

Initially hitting the market with ambitious price hopes of $17.5m, the sale, concluded by Inglis Rural Property’s Liam Griffiths, was understood to have settled for less.

In stark contrast to the asking figures, the final hammer price was rumoured to hover near $15m.

The sprawling 27ha property, a homage to Jones’ parents, showcased top-end amenities such as equestrian facilities, a tennis court and pavilion.

Jones originally snapped up the Fitzroy Falls estate for $2.6m in 2003, and reimagined the estate by merging the two main residences into an expansive 25-room homestead.

This 10-bedroom marvel boasted everything from a central courtyard to a private two-bedroom wing for Jones himself, complete with formal and informal living areas, and an office space.
