Incredible real estate portfolios of Donald Trump’s children
He’s as controversial as they come and Donald Trump Jr isn’t afraid of saying what he thinks, or what he wants.
The children of multi-billionaire Donald Trump are back in the spotlight following his historic second presidential victory.
Donald Trump made his fortune as a property developer, and his greatest single real estate holding is Mar-a-Lago, the private club in Palm Beach, Florida, valued at $US325 million.
According to The Sun, all five of his children have lived in luxury since they were born and now they’ve made their own impressive fortunes in real estate.
Take a look below at the incredibly lush mansions of Donald Trump’s five children, Donald Jr, Eric, Ivanka, Tiffany and Baron.
Donald Trump Jr
Donald Trump’s eldest son, from his marriage to first wife Ivana, Donald Trump Jr was educated at New York’s prestigious Buckley School, which now charges parents a whopping $82,000 per year.
After pursuing a degree in Economics like his father, Don Jr. decided to work in the family business and is now said to be worth around A$455 million.

In 2019, he bought a home in the Hamptons with his now-fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle for more than $6.6 million but later sold the property for A$11.9 million in an off market deal.
In searching for a new home Trump Jr had one very special demand – a gun room.
“One of the first questions Don Jr. asked was where he could store his guns,” the New York Post reported.
So the couple decided they would simply add a brand-new room, dedicated to Don Jr.’s firearms.
It was all part of Guilfoyle’s plan to sell Trump Jr on moving to the East End, known as the playground of the rich and famous, the source said.
He prefers the quiet isolation of Westchester, but the ex-Fox News personality “has been coming there for years and loves it,” the source said.
“Her ex-in laws have a place here and she is still close with them,” the source added.
So Guilfoyle let Don Jr. in on a Hamptons secret — people there love to hunt, just like him.
“There are a lot of gun owners out here, and there is a big hunting season in the spring and fall,” the source said.
“Don Jr. loves to hunt. He is looking forward to spring and fall hunting season in the Hamptons.”
The couple now live in an 1115 sqm Florida mansion that comes with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and six half-bathrooms, that they bought for A$15 million.
The spread comes with a formal living room, a family room, an open kitchen with bar seating, and a glassed-in dining area. It also features a fireplace and an elevator.
They bought the waterfront property in 2021 and will apparently be settling down in the exclusive gated community of Admirals Cove, where Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa, and their five children, also reportedly live.
The location is also within swinging distance of the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter.
Ivanka Trump
Ivanka Trump is considered to be the most entrepreneurial Trump sibling with a net worth around A$1.1 billion.
When her father left office in 2021, Ivanka embarked on a life of luxurious travel, daily workout routines and business plans.
The businesswoman has spent the past few years settling into Miami with her husband Jared Kusher and have no plans for a return to political life following her father’s historic second presidential win.
The couple purchased the megamansion for a whopping $US24 million ($A35 million) in April 2021.
Since snapping up the six-bedroom compound, the two have completed a gut renovation and transformed the residence into one of the most enviable properties in the neighbourhood.
There’s a huge swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Some of their famous neighbours include Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos.

Property records revealed Ivanka and Kushner took out a $US15 million ($A22 million) mortgage when purchasing the home, which comes with a private boat dock and offers staggering views of Biscayne Bay.
In 2020 Trump and Kushner also splurged on a $40 million-plus lot of land on Miami’s uber-swanky and high-security Indian Creek Island — known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker”
The private, guarded and gated Indian Creek Island is also one of the most secure places in Florida, as it boasts a 13-man police force for just 29 residences.
It is believed the couple purchased Lot 4, which was owned by Julio Iglesias, to build a bayfront estate.

Eric Trump
Eric Trump is no stranger when it comes to living the ultimate luxury lifestyle with his net worth estimated to be around A$60 million.
In 2016, he bought three luxury apartments at Trump Parc East and converted them into one 223 sqm penthouse overlooking Manhattan’s Central Park.
But in 2021, he left it behind to move to Florida, following his siblings footsteps.
There, he splashed A$4.7 million on a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Jupiter with his wife, Lara Trump.
The completely renovated home, built in 2004, is purported to be the largest in the exclusive gated community of Trump National Golf Club.
From their home, they have access to the other amenities the community has to offer, including a 6317 sqm clubhouse.
Outside, on over a half-acre, the grounds include a large pool, a cabana with a bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for hosting a family barbecue.
The exclusive locale is about 32 kilometres from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, where he and his wife, Melania, moved after he left office in 2021.

Tiffany Trump
Tiffany Trump is the only child from Donald Trump’s marriage to his second wife Marla Maples and likes to keep a lower profile.
With a reported net worth of A$14.5 million, Tiffany has become a bona fide socialite and has been seen mingling with A-list stars at fashion shows and high-society events.
While not much is known about where Tiffany and her husband Michael Boulos are currently living, it is widely believed that they’re residing in Miami.
According to reports, after the couple got married, Tiffany and Michael stayed at the glamorous Setai resort in Miami Beach while they were house hunting in Miami.
In March 2019, she came under fire for taking a spring break trip to Belgrade, Serbia, that cost the US taxpayers no less than US$23,000 to pay for her 10-day accommodation at the Square Nine hotel.
In 2022, she married her millionaire husband, Michael Boulos, in a plush ceremony in Florida. Michael proposed to Tiffany at the White House’s rose garden with a A$1.8m ring.
Barron Trump
Barron Trump is the youngest child of the incoming president with sources claiming that Barron already has a sizeable chunk of his father’s fortune.
As a freshman at New York University, Barron still lives at his father’s New York penthouse where he gets an entire floor to himself, which features gold plated walls and overlooks Central Park.
When Donald Trump became president in 2017, Barron moved into the White House, which comes with a cinema room, bowling alley, and a swimming pool.
