Sea La Vie Sunrise Beach near Noosa, was the most viewed holiday home out of more than 45,000 properties listed on its website.
It has four bedrooms, a large living and dining area and is within a two minute walk of the beach.
In New South Wales the most popular holiday home was Number 10 Bannister. The double-storey house in Mollymook has large decks and ocean views and can sleep ten.
There is a games room on the ground floor and the home comes complete with a table tennis table.
In South Australia the Adelaide Luxury Beach House was the top viewed holiday home. The three-storey house has four bedrooms and is on the door step of Henley Beach.

Stayz marketing director David Dunstan said many of the most popular properties had things in common.
He said they were freestanding homes with multiple bedrooms and were appealing to families or large groups.
Good kitchen, barbecue and cooking facilities were also important as were plenty of outdoor space and unique locations.
Those which offered value for money in terms of things like free Wi Fi were also appealing.
“While it’s not surprising that the majority of Aussies love the beach, it’s a mix of convenience, space, flexibility and activities that make these Stayz properties so popular,’’ he said.
Mr Dunstan said many of the properties were pet friendly as well, which was considered a big bonus.
Mr Dunstan believes it will take some time to knock Queensland off the perch as a top destination for holiday makers.
He said the great climate, family-friendly appeal and some of the world’s best beaches made it hard to pass up.
He did say there was a trend emerging though of destinations which fit in with the current “foodie trend’’ .
“We’re seeing exponential growth in locations that are becoming known as foodie havens,’’ he said.
“Tasmania is an example of this and similarly the wine regions in Western and South Australia.”
