House comes with 10-car Lamborghini garage
An oceanfront home has hit the market that’s ‘an incredibly rare opportunity if you have a car collection or lots of boys toys’.
Brooke Stuart imports more than one million square metres of tiles into Australia every year – but his real passion is Lamborghini cars and the Sydney oceanfront house he has built around them is now for sale.
The Director of Ceramic Network last year completed a cutting-edge designer house in Newport, above Bungan Beach on the northern beaches.
It is now being offered for a guide of $15m to $16m in an expressions of interest campaign closing in November.
James Baker, of McGrath Pittwater, said 190 Barrenjoey Rd is one of Sydney’s finest oceanfront properties to come to market in years and within days of listing he has qualified buyers who are interested.

“It’s an incredibly rare opportunity if you have a car collection or lots of boys toys,” he said.
The house has a ten-car garage with proper car lift from street level plus a double garage and a single garage and off-street parking.
“You could get 17/18 cars onto this property,” James said.
Aside from the showroom quality luxurious car accommodation the house itself is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home over three levels on a 1570sqm oceanfront block above the centre of Bungan Beach.
Designed by Colombian born Andres Suares Ruiz and the late Furio Valich there are oceanfront terraces, a saltwater infinity pool, a cliffside viewing platform and large glass-wrapped interiors with ocean views.
The kitchen has marble benchtops, induction cooktop and integrated Liebherr fridges plus a fully equipped butler’s pantry.
The pool level has a full wet-bar, lounge, gym and sauna and each bedroom has its own ensuite.
This climate controlled and very secure house is Brooke’s permanent residence, but it could just as easily work as a holiday home.
It last traded in February 2015 for $5m.
