The vendor - a builder by trade - said he and his wife took one look at the block and knew straight away "what we could do and how we could capture the views".

This is where the vendors do all their entertaining.

"It's relaxing with the gorge around, there's a lot of greenery and you watch the seasons change, and you can see the thunder storms come across the water. And watch the fireworks we watched them every night when the show was on."

The couple and their two young children and planning to downsize and stay in the area but say "everyone doesn't know why we're selling, they think we're crazy".
