Drake sells his famous ‘YOLO estate’ in LA’s Hidden Hills after buying Robbie Williams’ mansion
Music megastar Drake has found a buyer for his three homes in his Hidden Hills compound, after he bought Robbie Williams stunning LA mansion.
Aubrey ‘Drake’ Graham has sold off all three houses that made up his sprawling compound in LA’s Hidden Hills, making a combined US$22.3m (A$32.9m) in the process.
The Canadian music superstar put all the homes on the market three months ago, quickly selling two of them for a combined $11m (A$16.2m) to Los Angeles Rams Quarterback Matthew Stafford.

The final abode, a huge is 1485 sqm Tudor-style house known as the YOLO (you only live once) Estate, has now just sold to a high-profile lawyer, according to Dirt.
It was originally priced at $14.8m, but ended up being discounted more than $3m to ultimately sell for $11.3m (A$16.7m), according to property records.
The discount may have come due to the fact that chart-topping artist would be close to settling on Robbie Williams’ humungous mega-mansion for $75m (A$104m), which he purchased in April.
Drake’s new sprawling 8.1ha Beverly Hills estate has its own an elevator, a wine cellar, a gym and a game room, according to Mansion Global.
YOLO Estate
The final piece of Drizzy’s LA compound to sell was actually the first of his splurges in Hidden Hills, when he bought the resort-style property on more than 12,100 sqm for $7.7 million in 2012.
Quickly giving it the name ‘YOLO Estate’, the party pad received a full makeover by its previous owners, with a massive swimming pool and spa grotto, swim-up bar, waterfalls, and rock water-slide being installed.
The English Tudor house on the property features a 25-seat theatre, game room, massage room, and wine cellar.
It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and the primary bedroom suite is a huge 185 sqm escape with large bathtubs and multiple vanities.
There are also coffered and beamed ceilings and six fireplaces throughout.

The grounds come with equestrian facilities including a riding area, a sand volleyball court, a mechanical bull, and tennis courts.
Over the years, the 35-year old snapped up two of the neighbouring abodes next to the Tudor house, which NFL star Matthew Stafford now calls home.
The Quarterback is now the proud owner of two ranch-style properties. One is a renovated five-bedroom home on 1.6 acres, featuring a main house, guesthouse and pool house.
Outside, the landscaped backyard including a lounge, barbecue, pizza oven, and heated pool.
The other adjacent property is similar in style and offers “rustic charm”, according to Realtor.
The ‘One Dance and ‘God’s Plan’ singer also owns a custom-built mega-mansion in Toronto.
The Canadian native spared no expense when he constructed the home in 2019.
Dubbed ‘The Embassy’, boasting a plethora of jaw-dropping features, including a 20,000 piece Swarovski crystal chandelier, lavish indoor pool, marble and limestone interiors, bespoke concert grand piano and black marble bathtub.
