There’s a been a new twist in one of the most unusual real estate stories of the last 12 months involving PR guru Roxy Jacenko.

The luxury Cronulla home caught up in the Roxy Jacenko giveaway controversy last year has gone under offer.

“The owners are currently considering an offer on the property,” Ausrealty agent Michael Luck advised, while postponing all opens for inspection.

Zephyr, the Dodson Avenue home, attracted headlines last March when it was offered in an ill-fated promotion for Jacenko’s Bootcamp course subscriptions.

The PR mogul had partnered with the property owners Youssef Tleis and Kassim Alaouie on the promotion offering her Bootcamp customers the chance to win what was billed as a $10 million waterfront.

Tleis and Alaouie had unsuccessfully sought a $10 million buyer in late 2023 through Mitchell Wynn of Highland.

Jacenko’s decision to quit the lottery venture resulted in contested court proceedings.

The contemporary four-bedroom Port Hacking waterfront was relisted last September with undisclosed price guidance by Luck.

The construction duo had paid $3.36 million in 2020 for the now demolished 1960s home on 500 sqm.

The title currently comes with two recent charges, with a Yazbeck Law entity lodging its claim last June arising from legal fees during the Bootcamp proceedings.

There is also a caveat from PMFA, which specialises in vendor and asset finance, as regards the half share held by Alaouie.

Its realestate.com.au listing has attracted some 16,000 views.

The marketing states its large windows were positioned to perfectly frame the waterfront views.

Meanwhile Jacenko is apparently spending more time in Sydney after an 18-month stint in Singapore. Jacenko has expressed mixed feelings about Singapore describing it as “soulless.”

Last month, it was revealed she was on the home hunt, inspecting a six-bedroom, four-bathroom Wentworth Rd, Vaucluse mansion several times, but which is still for sale with Bradfield Badgerfox.

Its $18 million price guide has been recently dropped to $15 million ahead of its February 18 auction.

Her prior Hopetoun Avenue, Vaucluse abode was sold for a bullish $16 million in May 2023 to the Zhang family.
