Wellness entrepreneur Georgie Stevenson and her husband Tim Crouch are moving out of their stunning beachside mansion, opening options for another cashed-up couple to take the keys.

The self-proclaimed multi-millionaire’s Currumbin home is on the market for $9.9m but is also available to rent for $5,500 a week.

Stevenson, the 30-year-old co-founder of Naked Harvest Supplements, snapped up the architecturally designed home for $7.5m with her husband in 2022.

The couple, who have a young daughter Ivy, revamped the luxury five-bedroom, five-bathroom pad with a whitewashed colour palette to complement its contemporary coastal style.

It is listed for sale via Ed Cherry, or for rent via Brent Martens, both of Coastal property agents.

The asking price was released after the house passed in at auction with another agent.

“They have been offered that much multiple times off market,” Mr Cherry said.

“We have had some well-known celebrities who have inquired. The property is getting a lot of traction, mainly with interstate and also Brisbane buyers.

“The buyer is someone wanting that rare slice of Currumbin on top of the hill. They are highly sought after and rarely available.”

Mr Martens said the home was also available to rent on a three to six month lease, and had attracted interest from film industry professionals as well as returning interstate families.

“The house is absolutely immaculate and it is a unique location up on the hill, where you have the stunning ocean views but it is very private,” he said.

The house was previously listed as a holiday rental property before the owners moved in, vacating another beachside home they purchased in 2019.

“Making this house into our home has been [one of] my favourite experiences,” Stevenson shared in a social media post.

“Seeing Ivy grow up and having so many memories here makes my heart so happy.”

Designed by Paul Uhlmann and built by Mactech Constructions in 2017, the house is spread over four storeys. Large windows capture breathtaking north-facing views of the beach, Hinterland, and skyline, all set against a lush bushland backdrop.

The interiors are elevated by spotted gum timber floors, blackbutt shiplap feature walls, and marble finishes.

A lift connects all levels, while wide decks set the stage for alfresco entertaining, complete with an infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen, and sunken fire pit lounge.

A separate guest studio on the ground level adds flexibility, while the 1,138 sqm block offers plenty of privacy and space.

Stevenson is a former law clerk-turned-influencer, who has a social media following of 400,000 and runs three other brands including a mindset training app and skincare line.

Records show the median house price in Currumbin was up 11.3 per cent over the past year, to $1.62m.
