$30m Canterbury home could break suburb’s lofty residential price record
A five-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious streets is poised to set a new benchmark, if it sells for the top of its asking range. SEE INSIDE.
A $30m Canterbury mansion could soon break the suburb’s residential price record, featuring everything from a 16-car garage to its own day spa.
Property records show the five-bedroom residence ‘Alchemy House’ at 38 Monomeath Ave was purchased in 2015 for $7.75m with a new home being built on the block in 2019.
Now, the opulent house is on the market with a $27.5m-$30m price guide and could shatter the area’s house price record if it sells at the top of its range.
