Controversial content creator Paris Ow-Yang claims she has amassed a property fortune of $15 million despite her young age.

Ow-Yang, 19, who has made a name for herself as an adult content creator and something of a menace on the streets of Sydney, says she wants people to focus on her worth as a real estate mogul instead.

The diminutive Sydneysider boasts she has a $15m real estate empire, that includes a recently acquired block of six units in Randwick in Sydney’s east.

Better known for her online work and her criminal offending – she is currently serving a two-year Community Corrections Order over a string of offences - Ow-Yang wants to be known for the less headline-grabbing things she is doing.

“I have an over 15 million dollar property portfolio,” she told The Daily Telegraph.

“While you’re busy writing about me not wearing a seatbelt, I’m buying 7.5 million properties. 7.5 million baby.”

The block of units on Alison Rd, Randwick, sold last week for $7.5m but property records are yet to identify the owner.

“6 Renovated Strata Title Apartments To Be Sold In One Line,” the listing for the block read, which was brought to market by Angus Gorrie and Nader Hotait of Ray White Eastern Beaches.

“Serious investors will appreciate the rarity of this remarkable opportunity, presenting this whole building of 6 apartments recently updated apartments,” the listing continued.

“It is fully leased to instantly offer excellent returns, in a location of timeless appeal that is just footsteps from Avoca Street shops and Alison Park.

“The 1 bedroom apartments provide a car space, while the 3 bedroom apartments also offer two bathrooms and a lockup garage, features that appeal to young families who are choosing Randwick for its reputation for quality schools, shopping and dining, as well as its close proximity to beaches and the CBD.”

The block consists of four, three-bedroom homes and two, one-bedroom homes, that according to the listing would bring in $6,195 per week and $322,140 per year.

The property features a vast 100sq m rooftop terrace, perfect for alfresco entertaining while soaking in the coastal scenery.

“For me, it’s been an incredible journey which has allowed me financial freedom and control over my career,” the young entrepreneur told Sydney Confidential.
