New allegations in feud between Ivanka and Melania Trump

Just days before she’s set to leave Washington, fresh claims have surfaced of how Ivanka Trump tried to poach the First Lady’s duties.

Ivanka Trump has been pictured jogging passed a Joe Biden election sign in Washington, D.C. after new details were revealed she tried to poach Melania Trump’s duties as First Lady.

Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner wore black jogging suits while running passed the political sign just 32 days before the couple is set to leave D.C.

Kushner wore an Adidas mask and Asics running shoes while Ivanka sported a white mask and Spyder brand hat.

Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who was formerly Melania’s best friend, accused Ivanka of trying to muscle in on the First Lady’s duties and poaching her staff.

Ms Winston Wolkoff made the accusations in an episode of The Daily Beast’s podcast The New Abnormal that aired on Friday.

The ex-friend, when questioned whether Ivanka was “dumb” or “evil,” revealed she thinks “it’s a mixture”.

“Listen, I say it as it is. I think it’s a mixture. I really do. I think that Ivanka is Donald in a suit, right? All of the Trumps are taught to be Trumps,” Ms Winston Wolkoff said.

“They don’t show emotion. A Trump is a Trump because they are authentically and unapologetically skin deep, and also self-serving.”

She added: “And their attitudes and disrespect for each other is again, you have to get any inside to see it.”

Ms Winston Wolkoff then went on to talk about how Ivanka “impinged on Melania’s duties while overstepping her rank and boundaries”.

The former senior adviser to the First Lady even went as far as calling the President’s 39-year-old daughter “the serial poacher”.

Ms Winston Wolkoff explained: “And I mean that, in a sense like she poached individuals that we were – for the East Wing – that we were vetting to have, Kayleigh McEnany, Mercedes Schlapp.

“I mean, these were people Melania was looking to bring in. We called [Ivanka] the serial poacher.”

Ms Winston Wolkoff, a high profile event planner, was close friends with Mrs Trump for about 15 years. She fell out with the First Lady after helping to produce President Donald Trump’s $US107 million inauguration in 2017.

The event was dogged by allegations of funds being misused – there was even a federal investigation into it – and Ms Winston Wolkoff felt she was made a scapegoat for decisions made by Mr Trump and his staff.

She released a book, Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with The First Lady earlier this year, containing many explosive allegations about the Trumps.

A spokeswoman for Mrs Trump said at the time: “The book is full of mistruths and paranoia, and clearly based on some imagined need for revenge.”
