Woolworths recall due to glass, Woolworths Selection Chicken and Vegetable Pie 4 pack affected

WOOLWORTHS has issued a nationwide recall of a popular product, saying it may contain glass.

WOOLWORTHS is recalling Woolworths Select Chicken and Vegetable Pie 4 pack sold in Woolworths and Safeway stores nationwide from 14 April 2015 with a Best Before date of 9 October 2016 to 10 October 2016 inclusive.

Woolworths is recalling the product as it may contain glass and may pose a health risk if consumed.

Consumers should return the product to their nearest Woolworths or Safeway Supermarket for a full refund.
