When complete the brand-new club will cover more than 1800sqm and include bars, restaurants, as well as meeting rooms and facilities for club members. The residential component will have 88 one-, two- and three-bedrooms apartments and a stunning landscaped rooftop terrace with views across Sydney.

The apartment tower is called The Anders and was named after Polish General Władysław Anders, who was a prominent military leader in the Polish army during the Second World War.

Deicorp managing director Fouad Deiri said the development would breathe new life in the Polish and inner west communities.

The Polish Club president Richard Borysiewicz said the $32 million redevelopment marked an exciting chapter for the largest Polish club in Australia.

“This partnership with Deicorp means our members will have a beautifully designed 21st century facility to serve their needs for the next 50 years,” he said.

The Anders is set to be completed by December 2022.
