Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte are back for another season of Sex And The City spin-off And Just Like That – and, in one of TV’s worst-kept secrets, this time one of Carrie’s former loves makes an appearance too.

In the new trailer for season two, Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) can be seen walking up the iconic front steps of her New York apartment building, before turning to look back … at Aiden (John Corbett), her second “great love” during the initial run of Sex And The City.

Fans of the franchise will remember that Carrie ended up with Mr Big (Chris Noth) – who died in the opening episode of And Just Like That back in 2021.

Elsewhere in the trailer, it appears the characters introduced in the first season of the spin-off to create a more diverse cast – like Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker) and Dr Nya Wallace (Karen Pittman) – might be better integrated into the group this time around.

Miranda’s still with everyone’s favourite character, Che.

Charlotte (Kristin Davis) is still dealing with life as a mother – this time, to a teenager who announces she wants to lose her virginity – and it appears the show is still ploughing full-steam ahead with last season’s most controversial storyline.

It seems Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) is still with Che Diaz, the pot-smoking, non-binary stand-up comic who proved a divisive addition to the show among viewers.

And Just Like That season two will be available to stream locally on Binge from June.
