Former Bachelorette star Rhys Chilton has unleashed on “fat people” who keep “justifying their weight” in an extraordinary social media tirade.

In a series of Instagram Stories, the 33-year-old model and student — who appeared on Georgia Love’s season in 2016 — hit out at the body positivity movement as unacceptable and unhealthy.

“It turns out creating a positive movement was easier than just eating healthy and working out,” Chilton wrote.

He used a picture of a plus-size model to highlight his point, adding: “Dudes don’t have a movement promoting beer guts as attractive. It’s as if we understand it’s not healthy.

“It’s okay to love your body even if you’re overweight. But don’t promote it as something to idolise.

“Just stop trying to justify being overweight. Excess fat is exactly that … Excess! Nobody out there loves their curves more than they’d love being actually in f***ing shape.

“I’m not shaming fat people, I’m shaming people who are lying to themselves and society about fat people.

“You can be fat … I don’t care. Just don’t sit next to me on a plane, don’t have four heart attacks costing tax dollars and don’t expect me to swipe right on you.”

He didn’t hold back in the extraordinary rant.

Chilton was dumped by Love on The Bachelorette after admitting he wasn’t ready to settle down — and was instead keen on chasing fame.

Earlier this year, he targeted gym-goers who follow a vegan diet in another bizarre rant on Instagram.

“If you’re vegan or vegetarian and trying to do the gym thing, there is a really good way you can get your protein after a workout,” he wrote.

“Just grab yourself a fork and a whole chicken and dig the f**k in. It’s f***ing good sh*t.”
