Bachelorette star Elly Miles unveils dramatic makeover

After finding fame on The Bachelor and The Bachelorettes, Elly Miles has stunned fans by revealing her surprising new look.

Elly Miles, who originally found fame on The Bachelor 2019, has stunned fans with her dramatic new appearance.

The 28-year-old – who later starred alongside her sister, Becky, in the first joint-Bachelorette – has had bright blonde hair for the duration of her time in the spotlight.

Elly first appeared in Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor.

She later starred as The Bachelorette.

But in her latest Instagram post, she unveiled her new bright-red hair.

“We did a lil thing. Thoughts, feelings, emotions? I FKN LOVE IT. @hannah_shaghair you are amazinggggggggg,” she wrote in the caption, alongside a video of her showing off her new colour.

Elly’s hair underwent a striking colour change.

She told followers that she “loved” it.

Elly gained herself a legion of fans after making it to the top five of Matt Agnew’s season of Ten’s dating reality show – so much so, that it hardly came as a surprise when she was announced as the star of the following Bachelorette season.

There was a twist, however: Elly was joined by her sister Becky, marking the franchise’s first double-header Australian edition of the show.

During the 2020 season, Elly fell in love with tradie Frazer Neate in front of the cameras but the relationship sadly didn’t last.

In early 2021, she announced in an emotional Instagram video that the couple had split the previous December after growing “apart”.

“It was really hard having the distance and the secrecy and I guess everything that comes along with having a new relationship in the media,” Elly said.

“I wasn’t happy for a little while there and I know from my end, I gave it absolutely everything I had.”

Elly addressed the break-up in more detail in April 2021 in an interview with The Real House Husbands Podcast.

“From the second that I met him on the show … I was definitely drawn to him,” she confessed.

“I look back to the moment when it was all happening and thinking he’s great and stuff but in hindsight I think maybe he reminded me of two of my exes and that’s why I was drawn to him. Maybe it was familiarity.”

Elly also broke her silence on claims that Frazer had cheated on her.

“How can you really know until that person admits it to you? Frazer has definitely not admitted that to me, he’s definitely always denied it,” she said.

“I had the highest hopes, I was very naive and I guess caught up in hoping the best for the situation.”
