Bachelor star Tara Pavlovic serves her wedding guests McDonald’s

In what we can only imagine was a glorious day, Bachelor star Tara Pavlovic served McDonald’s to her wedding guests for dinner.

Former Bachelor star Tara Pavlovic has married her partner Nick Shepherdson.

The couple held an intimate ceremony yesterday, after the coronavirus pandemic forced them to postpone their wedding in April.

The 30-year-old reality star announced the exciting news today, which was right before she revealed that she served her wedding guests McDonald’s.

“I finally got to marry my best friend yesterday, I love you Nick,” Tara captioned a picture of their wedding rings on Saturday.

While the background of the Instagram photo shows a lavish menu for the night, including vegetable pasta, greens and chicken, and a cookie reading ‘Mr & Mrs’, a different photo showed a large mound of McDonald’s burgers, and what we can only assume are boxes of nuggets.

She shared a picture of the McDonald’s spread, captioning it: “The food at the ceremony was beyond delicious. Such beautiful flavours.”

Last month the new bride told The Wedding Digest by WedBooker podcast that COVID-19 forced her and Nick to move their wedding date.

“How do I be excited about the wedding, when I don’t know if it’s going to happen?” she told co-hosts Lucy Polkinghorne and Ally Molineaux.

“I’ve already gone through all of that emotion, I don’t want to feel that again,” she said.

“It just upsets me so much the idea of having a wedding and they’re not there, especially my dad. Who’s going to give me away?’”

The couple began dating in August 2018, two months after Tara had split from her Bachelor In Paradise fiance Sam Cochrane.

Tara and Nick had known each other for 10 years prior to dating.

Tara was part of Matty J’s season of The Bachelor back in 2017.
