Married At First Sight star Carina has flaunted the results of her post-show surgical procedure in a cheeky video shared online.

Married At First Sight’s Carina has undergone an expensive post-show makeover, showing off the results of her $35,000 breast surgery on social media.

The Perth-based bride, who is paired with Paul on this year’s season of the Channel 9 series, flaunted her new assets in a cheeky TikTok video posted by fellow MAFS star Eliot.

In a tongue-in-cheek caption, Eliot wrote, “When you bump into an old friend and something about them looks different …”

Carina could be seen wearing a tight white singlet in the clip, puffing out her chest as Eliot jokingly avoided eye contact.

“Is that a new hairdo?,” Eliot quipped in the comment section.

Yahoo reports Carina spent the hefty sum on a breast lift augmentation, which involves transferring excess skin to increase the breast size, as opposed to implants.

The outlet claims Carina underwent the procedure earlier this year with Sydney-based Dr Kourosh Tavakoli, going from a B-cup to a D-cup.

It’s understood Carina is still in a relationship with Paul after filming wrapped last November.

That’s despite their marriage recently hitting rocky terrain after Paul described his TV wife as a “snob” in the honesty letter he wrote during couple swaps last week.

Initially, Paul never thought Carina would see the letter he wrote, with the cast members asked to read out their concerns about their union to a different contestant on the show.

It’s thought Paul and Carina are still together.

Paul, who was paired with Awhina during the partner swap challenge, had history with Awhina, having briefly dated the bride’s twin sister, Cleo.

In his letter, he confessed to Awhina he had developed the dreaded “ick” for Carina, saying when he told his wife he dated Cleo in the past, she made a comment to the tune of, “I didn’t think you would go for that calibre.”

Afterwards, the experts threw a curveball, ultimately asking the couples to read out their letters to their partners, which left Carina blindsided that Paul had betrayed her trust.

“I didn’t see any of that coming from Paul. If anyone is sweeping things under the rug … he clearly is because he hasn’t brought any of those things up with me,” she said in a piece-to-camera.
