MAFS favourites Domenica and Jack lift lid on relationship post-show

Domenica Calarco and Jack Millar stunned everyone when they revealed they’d split in the finale. Now, they’ve revealed their current status.

Married At First Sight favourites Domenica Calarco and Jack Millar have revealed the status of their relationship, months after filming the reunion episode where they announced their shock split.

The pair revealed they’d called it quits after arriving separately to the filming location, but admitted to the experts they weren’t ruling out a reconciliation in the future.

In an interview with Nine this week, Domenica, 29, and Jack, 27, explained that while they still weren’t officially together, they were “so much in each others’ lives” and hinted that there was still hope for their relationship.

“We are honestly just taking it day by day and obviously going through the experience in the experiment and reliving it again brings up all those emotions again in a different way,” Domenica said.

“We’re not putting a label on it,” she added.

The MAFS favourites stunned fans with their split.

Jack added that watching all their memories together from the show play out during Sunday’s reunion episode reignited feelings.

“Watching all those moments that we were together and obviously we had so many beautiful scenes, it does bring back so many memories … I’m not one to ever say never,” he said.

“In terms of the future I don’t know. Whatever does happen, happens.”

They suggested there is still hope for their romance – despite currently being apart.

Shortly after the final episode aired, Domenica took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and Jack laughing together, and captioned it: “Soulmates come in all different forms.”

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Jack shared a sweet message to Dom, along with a picture from their “wedding” and their romantic Italian-style date.

“What a journey this has been. There is too many thank yous to be named, but I have to say a wholehearted thank you to the most caring, beautiful, and funniest individual I have ever had the grace of meeting,” he wrote.

“Dom, you made this experience what it was, what it is, and what I will always remember to be, as one of the most incredible adventures of my life.

“I have learnt so much about myself, and although I may walk into this next chapter ‘single’ I am not alone because I know I have Dom, and the amazing lifelong friends I made on the way by my side.

“Thank you all for watching and thank you all for supporting.”
