They first exchanged vows on Married at First Sight but it looks like Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli will actually make it official.
The couple who met on the 2019 season of the TV show that sees strangers get ‘married’ and then try to work through their problems, announced they were engaged in an Instagram post on Sunday.
“Mrs B,” Kalifatidis simply stated in the post, which features a photo of the couple and Kalifatidis flashing her engagement ring.
Just a couple of days earlier, Kalifatidis, who has become a beauty and fashion influencer with a five-figure contract since appearing on the show, posted a photo of herself in a skin-tight dress to wish Brunelli a happy birthday.
The couple follow in the footsteps of other fellow MAFS alumni, Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson, who also married after leaving the show.
Kalifatidis’ announcement was greeted with enthusiasm by her followers with many sending their congratulations to the couple.
“Amazing news guys! Congratulations … how epic!” former MAFS participant Nicolas Jovanovic wrote.
