Two MAFS stars were spotted at a Bondi Beach home that attracted 16 registered bidders and sold for a ridiculous price yesterday.
Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli exchanged their vows two years ago on Married At First Sight and now live together in a Bondi apartment, but they’re known to be wanting to buy a house together in Bondi Beach.
Bondi locals spotted the couple inspecting a three-bedroom semi in Chambers Avenue just 500 metres from the sand which sold for $3,725,000.

‘The best reno I’ve ever seen’
Harriet France of Sotheby’s, who wouldn’t comment on the MAFS stars link, had initially been guiding $2.9m, upped to $3m as interest skyrocketed.
It’s not known if Kalifatidis and Brunelli were among the 16 who registered for yesterday’s virtual auction, but France confirmed they weren’t the purchasers.
With auctioneer Jake Moore of Cooley’s presiding, bidding had opened at $3m and risen in $50,000, $20,000 and $5000 increments.
The property, which had only one bathroom, no off-street parking or views, was owned by environmentalist Doug McLean.
France had sold him the modest house on a 220sqm block for $505,000 in 1998 and he’d done little to it since apart from a coat of white paint for the interiors.
