Jessika Power is currently self-isolating after she contracted the virus while filming a high profile reality TV series in the UK.

Married At First Sight star Jessika Power has tested positive for the coronavirus while filming a reality TV show in the UK.

Her manager Max Markson confirmed Power was isolating at her home in Manchester.

The Big Brother VIP star moved to the UK in October to pursue a media career after her 2019 season of MAFS aired on TV there to massive success.

She had been filming series Celebs Go Dating, a reality TV show which sets up unlucky in love celebrity singles on dates with each other.

“Yes, Jessika was the first one (of the cast) to get Covid,” Markson told the Herald Sun.

“She has been travelling between Manchester where she lives to London where filming is.

Markson said Power was “not feeling well” but was double vaccinated.

On Thursday The Sun reported the show had been thrown into “chaos” after a cast member had tested positive.

“One of the celebs caught Covid and was filming with at least three of the other stars, meaning they’re all out of the game for a while now,” a source told the UK newspaper.

“It’s a worry for producers because, as with most shows, they’re on a very tight schedule, but the health and safety of the cast and crew is obviously their top priority.”

A spokesperson for the show confirmed to The Sun that several cast members were now isolating after coming into contact with a Covid case.

“The health and safety of cast and crew remains our top priority. Rigorous Covid-19 protocols are in place and are continuing to be followed at all times across the production,” they said.

While Power is yet to comment on her Covid diagnosis and self-isolation, she has shared several videos on her Instagram story showing her in bed.

Power first made headlines when she appeared on the 2019 season of MAFS which saw her swap ‘husband’ Mick Gould for Dan Webb — only for him to sensationally dump on her live TV after the finale aired.

As well as appearing on reality TV overseas Power turned to OnlyFans in September where she made a staggering $50,000 in just one week.

Power has previously said her only regret about OnlyFans was not starting it sooner because of how lucrative it was, and she has hit back at those who criticise her career choice.

“[There’s] comments being made about me and my exclusive content page by people who I don’t know and who just really should keep their opinions to themselves ‘cause I don’t give a s***,” Power said in an Instagram Story posted on Tuesday.

The reality star told her 366,000 followers she’s “living her best life”.

“Whatever, keep hating,” she continued.

“When you’re pulling out that much money a week, you let me know babe, hit me up, I wouldn’t be dragging you down.

“Do you know literally within the last hour of me making that little rant about the exclusive website, I have in my statements on my account in there, I’ve got $2000 worth of subscribers.”
