Former Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn’s husband arrested in bathrobe for alleged domestic violence

The husband of former Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn was arrested a their LA home looking dishevelled in a bathrobe.

The husband of former Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn was arrested for alleged domestic violence on Tuesday afternoon, Page Six exclusively reveal.

The Los Angeles Police Department told the outlet officers responded to a call around 2pm local time in the Hollywood Hills area of LA relating to an alleged domestic dispute involving Christian Richard.

“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim’s child, causing injury,” the public information officer said.

“The child was seen by paramedics but not transported to hospital.”

However, a separate source told Page Six that the child — whom we can confirm was Quinn’s son — was transported to the emergency room via an ambulance from the scene later Tuesday.

“Christine left the house and rode in the ambulance with her son,” the insider added.

Quinn, 35, has been married to Richard since 2019. They share a 2-year-old son, who is named after his father, Christian Georges Dumontet.

The reality star’s spouse was seen in photos obtained by Page Six being taken into custody with handcuffs behind his back. He was wearing only a bathrobe and no shoes.

Police told the outlet that Richard — whose legal last name is Dumontet — was booked for an assault with a deadly weapon.

He seemed cooperative as he was accompanied by two officers while stepping into a police vehicle.

I’s unclear if the victims were still on the property when police arrived on the scene.

Per law enforcement records, Richard is still in custody. He is being held on a $US30,000 bail, which has not yet been placed.

Page Six has reached out to Quinn’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

The Netflix star — who left the hit reality show ahead of Season 6 in 2022 — documented much of her relationship with Richard on the series, including their lavish wedding.

The model-turned-real estate agent wed the businessman with cameras rolling in front of her castmates at a cathedral in downtown Los Angeles.

They then welcomed their first and only child together in May 2021 following an emergency C-section.

“It is the most incredible feeling to know that you have created life,” Quinn told People at the time.

“My protective mama bear mentality is stronger than ever. My sole job is to protect him, to love him, and to raise him.”

After her departure from Selling Sunset, Quinn and Richard launched their own real estate company, Real Open, which handles transactions via bitcoin.
