Farmer Andrew kisses Ash five minutes before a love confession

After Ash and Andrew finally kiss, one contestant confesses her love for him, leaving the farmer feeling exceptionally low.

In one of the most awkward moves ever, Farmer Andrew has fallen victim to extremely bad timing.

On Monday’s episode of Farmer Wants A Wife, Andrew kisses Ash a mere five minutes before Jess confesses that she has fallen in love with him.

While Jess cleans up for dinner, Ash and Andrew are left chatting alone by the fire outside.

Ash comments on their time together saying, “it was nice to hang out again,” when they had some one-on-one time on his ute.

She also admits that she is looking forward to taking him home to Brisbane.

“I think I’ve only ever brought one guy home and it look a while for that to happen,” she said.

Andrew notices that it’s a big deal to her, and admits that when he hangs out with her, “it’s just natural and it flows.”

“It’s drama free with me,” declares Ash.

“Whenever I see you in the house, I want to give you a big hug and a kiss but obviously it’s weird, you can’t do that.”

Ash then leans in for the kiss, and Andrew asks afterwards, “Happy?”

“I’m happy, been waiting for that for a while,” answers Ash.

However, Jess awkwardly comes out with some marshmallows and Ash offers to make some cups of tea and goes inside.

To the camera, Jess explains that: “It’s final night on the farm so it’s really important to get all feelings out there on the table and for him to know where I stand. It’s really important for me to know where he stands equally.”

Sitting down by the fire, Jess explains how grateful she is to be there.

“I have been rehearsing this in my head and how this is going to go down … and I forget and get awkward all the time,” she says.

“I just want you to know I care about you so much and I just think you’re amazing and I have fallen in love with you.”

Andrew is gobsmacked and opts to go get some more wood.

“I didn’t see that coming. Now I just feel like a jerk because I kissed Ash so f***. Now I’m in a pickle.”

That’s for sure.
