Kyle & Jackie O slammed by guest over ‘explicit’ interview
A woman who was born without a vaginal opening has hit out at Sandilands for crudely discussing her story.
A woman has slammed shock jock Kyle Sandilands for discussing her intimate body parts in graphic detail on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
Sydney Bean, 24, agreed to appear on the KIIS FM show to share her story on Monday after she found out the radio presenters had discussed her health condition without her present.
Bean discovered at the age of 17 that she had a microperforate hymen, which is a condition where the hymen covers almost the entire opening to the vagina. She only realised she was living with the rare condition after trying to use a tampon.
She underwent “extremely painful surgery months later that took her more than a week to recover from”.
Discussing her story, Sandilands said on the show: “Poor b*tch. She had a p*ss hole obviously, but after she started to bleed there’s no proper opening. She’s bleeding out her p-hole. She’s like a Barbie doll this chick.”
He continued: “There was just no hole, like a Barbie. She’s got it fixed with no surgery now. Poor thing. How do you not know that till 17?
“I guess until you get your period?” questioned Jackie O, before Sandlilands asked: “Don’t you girls use it like a little pocket when you were younger?”
After hearing the way she was discussed on the show, Bean took to TikTok where questioned how Sandilands “was allowed” to speak about her intimate body parts so graphically.
“That’s how they talk about me when I’m not in the room? Oh my god,” she said. “How is this man allowed to speak like that towards EMPLOYEES. At least Jackie O seemed understanding.”
Bean then revealed the show had since messaged her and requested she make an appearance on air.

She told her TikTok followers she had reluctantly agreed, in the hope of “educating” an audience that could be “ignorant” to her story.
However, following her appearance, Bean once again took to TikTok and confessed she felt “pressured” into revealing more than she felt comfortable.
“I did feel pressure into sharing more than I would have liked to,” said Bean. “There’s an overwhelming pressure to be explicit on the show. I shared more than I would like to. But overall I feel as though I was a voice to educate and it had a positive impact.”
