Inside Kyle Sandilands’ lavish new $13.8 million Sydney mansion

Kyle Sandilands and his pregnant fiance have forked out millions on a lavish four-storey, five-bedroom home in a plush Sydney suburb.

Kyle Sandilands and his pregnant fiance Tegan Kynaston have reportedly forked out a whopping $13.8 million on a lavish new Sydney home.

According to the Daily Mail, the couple bought the sprawling Bellevue Hill mansion ahead of the birth of their son in August.

The couple revealed their baby news earlier this year.

Their lavish new home boasts impressive views.

Kyle revealed the name of his unborn child on air in March, announcing to the Kyle and Jackie O show’s listeners that they were calling him Otto.

His new family home - listed through Ray White Double Bay - features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a two-car garage, a plunge pool, spacious wine cellar, and elevator access to all four of its spacious levels.

It also boasts a beautifully manicured back lawn, complete with an outdoor entertaining area.

Kyle, 50, who has a business empire worth $100 million, announced in February during The Kyle and Jackie O Show the pair were expecting a baby.

That same month, the pair found out the gender of their baby during a lavish cruise on Sydney Harbour as two planes streaked coloured smoke overhead.

In May, he surprised longtime co-host Jackie “O” Henderson with an elaborate set-up to ask her to be his son's godmother.

The sweet off-air moment was shared on the radio stars’ Instagram, with the caption “Jackie, will you be Baby Otto’s godmother?”

The video started with Kyle and Jackie O walking to their KIIS FM studio as Tegan hid in the room.

As Jackie O stepped into the studio, she was surprised to see the room decorated with balloons which spelled out “Otto” – the name of the couple’s unborn son. A screen displayed a question for the radio host, “Will you be my godmother?”

An emotional Jackie embraced the couple with a hug. She then broke down in tears as Tegan handed her a bouquet of flowers, before accepting the offer.
