MELISSA McCarthy went rogue at Sunrise HQ today, taking over everywhere from the make-up room to the control room.

MELISSA McCarthy went rogue at Sunrise HQ today, taking over everywhere from the make-up room to the control room.

The Hollywood actress who is in town with actor husband Ben Falcone, became the boss of the breakfast show this morning to promote her new movie, conveniently titled, The Boss.

McCarthy even gave The Morning Show host Larry Emdur a makeover in the makeup room before he went on air.

“We’re from Hollywood, no one wears their own eyebrows,” McCarthy said while applying mascara to Emdur’s brows.

“Look at that Larry, who feels better about himself now?” she added, leaving the Sunrise hosts in fits of laughter.

The 45-year-old also took over the control room, but the hosts could not have been more complimentary of her, describing McCarthy and Falcone as a “lovely couple” who were “absolutely brilliant, fun and really open”.
