Lily James has cancelled her second TV appearance this week after she was pictured kissing her married co-star, Dominic West.

The 31-year-old was due to appear on The Graham Norton Show this Friday but has reportedly pulled out and has been replaced in the wake of the scandal.

It comes after she pulled out of another planned appearance on the US Today show.

James was slated to appear live on the third hour of the US morning show today to promote her new Netflix drama Rebecca, alongside co-star Armie Hammer.

An NBC source confirmed that James and Hammer had cancelled their Today show interview.

The British actress, who has the lead role in the adaptation of Daphne du Maurier’s famous novel, was then due to continue her week of promotion with a spot on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show on Thursday. It’s not yet known whether she’ll still appear however given she has cancelled Graham Norton, it is unlikely.

James was pictured canoodling with West, 51 – who plays her father in BBC miniseries The Pursuit of Love – during a two-day trip to Rome, where they shared a suite in the five-star Hotel De La Ville.

They were also seen kissing at the Leonardo da Vinci Airport on the way back to the UK, with The Sun subsequently publishing photos of them embracing while en route home.

However, as soon as the photos came to light, West, made a bizarre photo call with his wife Catherine FitzGerald.

The couple, who have four children, kissed for the cameras and handed photographers a note which read: “Our marriage is strong and we’re very much still together.”

NBC had no comment. James’ camp did not immediately return request for comment.
