Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson admits he ‘smelled’ female co-stars’ dirty swimsuits on-set
Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson has confessed to sneaking into his female co-stars’ trailers to carry out this disturbing act.
Jeremy Jackson admitted he used to “sneak” into his female Baywatch co-stars’ trailers and smell their dirty swimsuits after long days of filming the ’90s beach series.
The actor made the shocking – and disturbing – confession in Hulu’s new documentary After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun, which came out on Wednesday.
“Going through puberty on Baywatch was painful,” Jackson, 43, said. “I was too young to hook up with the chicks but old enough to want to.”
Jackson joined the show when he was only 10 and spent his entire teenage years on set alongside bombshells like Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Yasmine Bleeth, Donna D’Errico and Nicole Eggert.
“I would usually sneak into [the women’s] trailers after they were done and grab their dirty bathing suits,” he continued. “Let’s just say I smelled every p***y on Baywatch.”
However, Jackson admitted that Eggert was the main target of his creepy behaviour.
“And Nicole was the big one, for sure,” he continued. “We had a very intimate moment, her and I, that she never knew about.”
Jackson, who played Hobie Buchannon in the hit series, noted that Eggert was one of the only people on set he “looked up to.”
While filming the documentary, producers let Jackson’s secret slip to Eggert, who said she wasn’t shocked about the revelation.
“I knew Jeremy very well, this surprises me not at all,” Eggert, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, told producers with a laugh.
“There’s nothing Jeremy could say that would freak me out,” she continued. “I’m not even mad at 14-year-old Jeremy. I mean, puberty on a show like that? I love grown-up Jeremy for being honest about 14-year-old Jeremy.”
However, Jackson said spending his teenage years working on the sexy series made him want to be “grown-up way before” he was actually “grown-up.”
The actor, who played the son of David Hasselhoff’s character, started abusing drugs during his final year on the show and eventually became addicted to crystal meth.
“I remember David saying, ‘Are you smoking pot or something?’ And I was [thinking] like, ‘Jesus, they think I’m smoking pot?’ I could never tell them the truth. What would they think?’” Jackson recalled in the doc.
“When you haven’t slept for five days and you’ve been smoking crystal meth, having somebody look you in the eyes and say ‘Dude, are you OK?’ is like the worst thing that can happen.”
Jackson was eventually arrested in 1999, the same year the show ended. He spent 90 days in jail and later went to rehab.
“My life slipped through my hands like sand,” he said.
However, that wasn’t Jackson’s only run-in with the law. In 2005, he was arrested for setting up a meth lab in his home. Over a decade later, he also spent time behind bars for stabbing someone in Los Angeles.
He also found himself at the centre of controversy in 2015 after being kicked off Celebrity Big Brother for exposing castmate Chloe Goodman’s breasts on TV.
Jackson, Eggert and Electra all reunited at the Los Angeles premiere of the documentary earlier this week. However, Anderson, Hasselhoff and D’Errico all missed the event.
