Kanye West uploads video of himself peeing on Grammy

Kanye West’s latest Twitter spree saw another mention of Taylor Swift and culminated in a truly gross act against one of his Grammys.

Kanye West posts video of himself peeing on his Grammy

Kanye West has uploaded a video of himself peeing on one of his Grammys.

In the bizarre eight-second video, the rapper’s award is seen in the toilet as he urinates over it, with his new Yeezy shoes visible in the corner of the shot.

The caption read, “Trust me... I WONT STOP”, as part of his Twitter meltdown overnight which saw the 43-year-old slamming musicians’ lack of rights in owning their own master recordings.

Music producer and recent Grammy winner Finneas called the video “so sad”:

His main point was to call out out record powerhouses Sony and Universal.

“The artist deserve to own our masters … artist are starving without tours … Ima go get our masters … for all artist … pray for me,” he tweeted.

Kanye tweeted several photos of his ten Universal contracts saying he needed “every lawyer in the world to look at these”.

“THEY TRY TO BURRY US ALIVE,” he added, before declaring he would own his masters one day.

In between all the tweets about the companies there was one screenshot of a text message that seemingly shades Taylor Swift.

“No one from Universal or Sony has responded so it’s Go time,” West tweeted, sharing the text message discussing the price tag of his discography, where the unidentified person he is texting claims would be “a lot” larger than Taylor’s.

“(Regarding) masters ownership, we can look into buying. But if Taylor’s cost $300 million, yours would cost a lot more, I assume.”

While it isn’t a direct dig from Kanye to Swift, he is subtly suggesting that his discography is worth a lot more than what Scooter Braun paid to attain Big Machine Records including Swift’s first six albums.

Similarly to what Swift had to do, the mysterious texter said it would be cheaper to “re-record these songs,” which would mean Kanye would then “own these new masters outright”.

The person suggested that West formed new “Yeezy Media/Universal joint venture,” however he insisted that he’s “not open to any form of business with Universal or Sony”.

What can be assumed is that there will be some legal drama between the rapper and Universal Music Group, and Sony, after he tweeted yesterday that he is “not putting no more music out till I’m done with my contract with Sony and Universal”.

He also said, “I need to see everybody’s contracts at Universal and Sony. I’m not going to watch my people be enslaved. I’m putting my life on the line for my people. The music industry and the NBA are modern day slave ships. I’m the new Moses.”

During his Twitterstorm, West also demanded an apology from Drake and J Cole.

It comes as his marriage to Kim Kardashian-West, who is the mother of his four children, is in doubt following Kanye’s Twitter spray in July which saw him drop a series of bombshells about the famous family he married into.

Kanye, who accused Kim of trying to “lock him up”, compared his life to the movie Get Out — a movie about an African-American man who is brought to his white girlfriend’s family home and uncovers a series of disturbing details about them — and called out momager Kris Jenner for her handling of his wife’s sex tape and Playboy shoot.

Last week Kim announced in shock news that she and her family had made the “difficult decision” to say goodbye to the reality show that made them household names, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, following months of scrutiny around her marriage.

“It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the reality star and beauty mogul said.

“After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children.

“We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.”

The latest season begins on Binge today, with the final season to air next year.

Kim thanked the “thousands of individuals and businesses that have been a part of this experience”.
