Cara Delevingne debuts dramatic makeover for tear-jerker movie Life in a Year

CARA Delevingne has completely transformed for her latest role. As she stepped onto the set of her new movie, the model and actress debuted her clean shaven head.

CARA Delevingne is a bald beauty after shaving her head for a film role.

The 24-year-old model-turned-actress is currently filming a drama with 18-year-old Jaden Smith.

Cara was spied getting out of a car in Toronto overnight where she is filming the tear-jerker Life in a Year, The Sun reports.

The star’s head was clean shaven for the role and she stepped out wearing a green hoodie, comfortable boots, and carrying a puffy coat.

Cara’s famous eyebrows looked all the more prominent thanks to the lack of hair on her scalp.

The star is seemingly taking her latest film role seriously as she has shaved instead of opting for a bald cap.

Cara arrives on the Toronto set, showing off her shaven head for the first time.

She previously teased a dramatic pixie cut after letting loose on her traditionally long locks with a pair of scissors.

She had earlier hinted that a change was coming when she shared a photo of a pile of cut off hair on Instagram stories — accompanied by the words “Oh no!”

And sure enough, Cara later showed herself with an incredibly short, choppy pixie cut.

“I’m coming for you @lifeinayearmovie,” she captioned the photo.

Life in a Year is due for release next year and stars Cara along with Jaden Smith.

It will tell the story of a 17-year-old who discovers his girlfriend has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and has only one year left to survive.

The teen then sets out to create a lifetime of experiences in the year that his girlfriend has left.

Knowing the chop was coming up for the role, Cara previously explained to US Today that she was playing with her hair before she had to say goodbye to it.

“I have to shave my head for my next part, so I have to do something different,” she teased of the role — and after being spotted with pink hair.

“So I dyed it. Just for fun. Just to change it up,” she said.

Cara has been keeping her bald head covered in recent days — with reports suggesting she went for a buzz cut last Friday.

On Monday she visited Niagara Falls with her father — covering up almost completely in a bright red poncho.

She captioned the day out: “Best father daughter day experience ever. Did you know Annie Edson Taylor went over Niagara Falls in a barrel? #BOSS”.
