Zoe Kravitz debuts bold look in new Steven Soderbergh tech thriller, Kimi
Zoe Kravitz rocks blue hair for her latest film role, a tech thriller from Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh.
Zoe Kravitz sports an edgy new look – complete with blue hair – in her latest film role.
Kimi, Oscar-winner Steven Soderbergh’s latest cyber-thriller, dropped on Foxtel On Demand last night, and poses the very real question, “What if we were completely ruled by technology?”
The tech drama, featuring Kravitz in the lead role, takes a look at a world where society is completely dependent on a voice-activated home assistant named Kimi, a clear parallel to real life technologies like Alexa.
But while the device helps with mundane tasks of grocery shopping and calendar reminders, it also records every second, sound and moment in the home.
Kravitz plays Angela Childs, an agoraphobic tech worker living in Seattle, who discovers evidence of a violent crime and attempts to report it.
