Kylie invites Jason Donovan, Rick Astley and Guy Pearce to her 50th birthday bash in London
SHE still looks like the girl next door but today, Kylie Minogue turns 50. And she celebrated in style with a party in London, attended by some of her famous friends.
JASON Donovan, Guy Pearce, Sporty Spice and Graham Norton have joined Kylie Minogue for her exclusive 50th birthday party.
Her star-studded bash was held at the Chiltern Firehouse in London.
Minogue is a frequent guest at the venue — she had her 46th birthday at the hotel which was launched by Andre Balazs, who also owns the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood as well as the Mercer in New York.
The hotel is also where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle held their post wedding party last week.

Minogue was serenaded by fellow Stock Aitken Waterman alumni Rick Astley at the event.
Astley sang his hit Never Gonna Give You Up to Minogue, throwing in a chorus from her own hit I Should Be So Lucky.
Other guests pictured arriving at the venue included UK TV host and comedian Alan Carr, Pretenders rocker Chrissie Hynde, comedian David Walliams, singer James Blunt and wife Sofia Wellesley, BBC host Naga Munchetty, Britain’s Got Talent host Amanda Holden, Love, Actually star Rhys Ifans and fashion designer Patrick Cox.
Australian comedian and long time friend Kathy Lette tweeted from the event.
Minogue’s friend and former assistant Leanne Woolrich was photographed with Minogue this weekend — she attended the party with her husband, singer James Reyne.

Minogue’s Australian promoter Michael Gudinski and wife Sue flew to London for the event.
Kylie’s sister Dannii is in Sydney filming her new Channel 7 show Dance Boss.
Minogue had always planned two events, including a “quiet family do” down the track.
The singer posted a video for the title track from her latest album, Golden, yesterday to mark her birthday.
The singer said the line “we’re not young, we’re not old, we’re Golden” was her motto going into her milestone birthday.
“I’m embracing turning 50,” Minogue told Stellar this year.
“I feel good this year. I feel excited about everything. I’ve become more aware of time. If you want to do it, you better do it. Don’t faff around. Of course, I’m not 25 with no cares in the world. Life throws you curve balls, you always have to navigate them. There are different challenges in life now — we can’t go forwards or backwards.”

“How do I fit in the world of pop at 50? I know I’m not young, but I’m not old. A kid will think that I’m old. An older person will think I am young. It’s all relative.”
She tweeted “And so a new decade begins. How thankful I am for the opportunities life has afforded me. 50 … let’s go!”
Minogue will tour Golden in the UK through September and October, with Australian dates expected to take place in early 2019.
