From murders to meditation: Gary Jubelin’s advice for a calmer life
Gary Jubelin specialised in the field of homicide for 25 years, rising to the rank of Detective Chief Inspector until the time of his retirement from the force in 2019. Since leaving the police, he has built another very successful career, this time in the media, the author of two best-selling books (I Catch Killer and Badness) and of course as host of one of Australia’s most successful podcasts, I Catch Killers. On this episode of Something To Talk About, Gary joins Sarrah to discuss the toughest moment of his career, losing his identity and how well-being and mindfulness helped him discover who he is again.
