What Michael Clarke said to Karl Stefanovic in wild public fight

Michael Clarke took aim at Karl Stefanovic amid a heated fight with his girlfriend, launching an expletive-laden spray at the Today host.

Karl Stefanovic became embroiled in a heated argument between Michael Clarke and his girlfriend Jade Yarbrough, where the Today host copped a vile rant from the Australian cricket legend.

The A-list duo, who have been friends for years, were filmed in an unbelievable public fight in a park in Noosa on January 10, which initially involved Clarke, 41, and Yarbrough, 30, as she was heard accusing the former captain of cheating with his ex, Pip Edwards, 42 – a claim he denied at the time.

In the expletive-laden video, Yarbrough can be seen slapping Clarke in the face multiple times and pushing him to the ground, which reportedly resulted in a hamstring injury.

Shortly afterwards, Clarke is seen limping when Stefanovic gets involved.

Clarke is heard saying to the TV personality: “Karlos, I can tell you now c**t, don’t you f***ing look away. She can, she can punch me, but you, you c**t...” Clarke said.

Footage of Michael Clarke in a heated argument with girlfriend Jade Yarbrough has emerged.

Jade was seen slapping Clarke and accusing him of cheating on her.

This spray set Yarbrough off in defence of Stefanovic, where she was seen slapping Clarke again.

“You piece of sh*t, don’t you f***ing speak to him,” she is heard saying.

Clarke issued a grovelling apology for his actions in a statement to theThe Daily Telegraph on Wednesday night.

“I accept full responsibility for this altercation and am shattered by my actions,” he said.

“I’m absolutely gutted I’ve put people I hold in the highest regard in this position. My actions in the lead-up to this altercation were nothing short of shameful and regrettable. I am shattered that because of my actions I’ve drawn women of class and integrity, and my mates, into this situation.”

Stefanovic attempted to resolve the situation, before he copped a vile spray from Clarke.

Clarke and Yarbrough, who have been dating for around five months, had been enjoying dinner with Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine Stefanovic – who is Yarbrough’s sister – and celebrity accountant Anthony Bell.

It’s understood Edwards and Yarbrough had been in contact with one another at some stage, which is what sparked the confrontation later in the evening.

“You f***ed her on December 17 … You f***ed her [Edwards], you’re a f***ing dog,” Yarbrough is heard screaming in the astonishing vision, filmed by a bystander.

The screaming match took place in front of multiple people in a park at about 9.30pm, and was so confronting that an onlooker could be heard yelling, “There’s children over there,” as they encouraged the group to take the fight elsewhere.

The bystander who filmed the fight said he was first alerted to the drama when he spotted Clarke and Stefanovic in a heated exchange.

Their relationship came eight months after Clarke’s on-again-off-again, year-long romance with Edwards, who he dated after splitting from wife Kyly Boldy.

In a statement, the activewear founder said: “This is not my circus. Yet again, Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I was blatantly lied to.”
