Travis Kelce reveals staggering cost of Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl suite

The NFL player has revealed how much he forked out for Taylor Swift’s star-studded suite at this year’s Super Bowl.

Why Swift had to diss Kim K on 'Tortured Poets'

Travis Kelce shelled out a pretty penny so his family and friends — including girlfriend Taylor Swift — could sit in a suite at the 2024 Super Bowl.

During an episode of Netflix’s Receiver, the Kansas City Chiefs player talked about the astronomical prices with San Fransisco 49ers star George Kittle, who starred in the new reality series.

After Kittle revealed his family was planning to sit in the stands, Kelce hinted at how much he potentially paid for a private box.

“They’re f**king three million dollars,” Kelce, 34, quipped. That’s equivalent $4.44 million AUD.

Kittle — who signed a five-year $US75 million deal in 2020 — explained that he has a “good contract” but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth it.

“It’s just like, ‘You guys are gonna be fine,’” the tight end, 30, joked about his family.

However, he noted that teammate Christian McCaffrey was able to snag a “nice deal” after going back and forth about getting one for his now-wife, model Olivia Culpo.

A rep for On Location Experiences, the official website to purchase suites via the NFL, previously confirmed to Page Six that the only 32-person suite left in Allegiant Stadium after the Chiefs qualified cost $US3 million — and was expected to go up.

Kelce seemingly snagged the suite at the last minute as his mum, Donna Kelce, revealed a week before the Super Bowl that she was planning to watch from “the stands” because VIP boxes were in the “multi-millions.”

However, the record-breaking tight end later hinted about his decision to get a suite on his New Heights podcast, jokingly telling listeners he was preparing for the big game by thinking about “losing all this money.”

“I’m not really doing much different other than just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come,” he joked.

However, the three-time Super Bowl champion surely isn’t strapped for cash.

He has earned over $US75 million throughout his career and is expected to make an additional $US34.25 million over the next two seasons — not including any of his lucrative brand deals or income from his hit podcast.

Despite the suite’s hefty price tag, it seemed well worth it as Swift was spotted having a blast during the game.

The Cruel Summer singer, 34, was joined by her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, and her brother, Austin Swift, as well as the entire Kelce clan — including Jason Kelce, his wife, Kylie, and Travis’ parents, Donna and Ed.

Taylor’s pals Blake Lively, Ice Spice, Ashley Avignone, Lana Del Rey and Keleigh and Miles Teller were also there cheering for the Chiefs.

Several of Travis’ close friends and management team rounded out the jam-packed VIP booth.

The 14-time Grammy winner flew for nearly 11 hours straight to make it to Las Vegas in time for the game after playing a sold-out show in Japan the day prior.

Travis has also shown the same commitment to supporting his leading lady on her international Eras Tour. The NFL star has travelled to and from Europe over the last couple of weeks between his work commitments in the US.

However, the Chiefs training camp starts later this month, meaning Travis will likely miss most of her shows towards the end of summer.
