Taylor Swift’s best friend, Karlie Kloss, defends Kim Kardashian

TAYLOR Swift won’t be too impressed with Karlie Kloss, after the model described Kim Kardashian as “a lovely person”.

Taylor Swift recently shared this photo with Karlie Kloss on Instagram.

ONE of Taylor Swift’s closest friends has defended the singer’s arch-nemesis, Kim Kardashian.

Karlie Kloss had a golden opportunity to slam the reality star who is beefing with her bestie, but instead the model was quite diplomatic.

“Ha … you know … I honestly … I … I … I think she’s been a lovely person to me in the past,” Kloss said in The Sunday Times when asked about Kim.

“Look, I really don’t know her that well. My closest friends, really, are my sisters and my mum.”

The pro-Kim comment will no doubt annoy Swift, who recently raved about Kloss on Instagram to celebrate the model’s 24th birthday.

“I LOVE YOU KARLIE!” Swift wrote as she shared a photo of the duo.

Kloss’s comments come less than two weeks after another member of Swift’s squad revealed the group of famous females aren’t as close as everyone believes.

Actress-turned-pop star Hailee Steinfeld said to Seventeen magazine, “I think people think we spend a lot more time together than we actually do”.

Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian have been at war since the reality TV star released incriminating videos of the singer on her Snapchat account.

Swift had previously denied that Kanye West had cleared the lyrics of his song Famous with her, but Kardashian’s videos proved otherwise.

Don’t expect Taylor and Kim to be this friendly anytime soon.
