Meghan Markle reportedly poised to release her own cosmetics line

Meghan Markle is reportedly planning to launch her own cosmetics company, with several hints pointing to it being true.

Meghan Markle was seen making visits to the estate of a major beauty marketing firm executive in a hint she may be about to launch her own cosmetic line.

The Duchess of Sussex, 40, reportedly made visits to beauty marketing company Guthy-Renker’s co-founder Bill Guthy at his home in Carpinteria, California, with husband Prince Harry, 37, and her mum Doria Ragland, several times between February and March.

Harry and Meghan had also flown on a private jet owned by the cosmetics firm during their recent tour of New York City, the Daily Mail reported

There has since been speculation that Meghan could be about to launch her own cosmetics line, an incredibly lucrative realm which follows in the footsteps of supermodel Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Jenner and Heidi Klum.

The Sussexes were seen driving from Mr Guthy’s estate on March 1.

There has also been speculation that their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey was filmed at the ranch.

Mr Guthy, 66, is reportedly worth more than $500 million. His company Guthy-Renker has been fined for illegal business practices in recent years.

It had to pay out $26 million in a class-action lawsuit by customers who claimed its shampoos caused hair loss, while ads for its acne treatment line Proactiv were banned in the UK as they were found to be “misleading”.

It comes as the royal family is braced for another devastating attack from Prince Harry, as he personally researches his mother’s life for a new book.

Harry has a $28 million advance from publishers, and royal insiders believe he will now be under extreme pressure to identify the family member he alleges made racist remarks about the colour of baby son Archie’s skin.

Harry is understood to have been contacting Princess Diana’s old friends.

It had been thought he would leave most of the work to a ghostwriter, but palace sources are “surprised” at how involved he has become.

Harry has told how he took wife Meghan and Archie to the US to stop “history repeating itself” — and drew comparisons to Diana.
