The 37-year-old wife of Prince William attended a charity dinner, hosted by Australian chef Skye Gyngell at her restaurant Spring, to give her support to Addiction Awareness Week.
The Duchess last wore the stunning $AU3000 off-the-shoulder gown in 2016, which features a pinstripe pattern and flared skirt.

Kate, who is the Patron of Action on Addiction, polished off her look with a sparkling pair of Jimmy Choo point toe pumps, valued at $AU970, a matching clutch and Kiki McDonough diamond hoop earrings, which are currently on sale for $AU6200.
She finished off her look with her signature bouncy blow-dry and natural glowy makeup.
It comes after the Duchess attended Trooping the Colour, the Queen’s annual birthday parade, last week with the rest of the royal family.
Accompanied by her husband and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, Kate was glowing in a sorbet yellow Alexander McQueen dress and matching fascinator.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, made a brief return from maternity leave to attend the event, after giving birth to her son Archie Harrison last month.
Meghan rode in a carriage with her husband Prince Harry, the Duchess of Cambridge and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
The ceremony is one the most iconic royal parades, with more than 1400 soldiers, who had trained for months, 300 horses and 400 musicians, on display to honour the Queen.
