UK reality star Stephen Bear is facing jail after he was found guilty of sharing a secretly filmed sex tape on OnlyFans of him with ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison.

Bear, 32, filmed the consensual sex on CCTV then made at least $72,000 on the X-rated site after uploading the clip, The Sun reports.

Harrison, 28, who is known for starring on the British show Towie, had begged him not to share the footage after he showed it to her, saying it would “upset her greatly”, Chelmsford Crown Court heard.

She was later airdropped the 20-minute clip and discovered it was being offered for pay-per-view on OnlyFans.

The court heard Bear had advertised the clip: “Can’t wait to see me f***ing in the garden.”

The disgraced Ex On The Beach star has now been found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films.

Each offence, which took place between August and November 2020, carries a maximum two-year sentence.

Bear claimed he was “always fighting a losing battle” as he was bailed ahead of his sentencing on January 31 next year.

Bear, who showed up to court each day in a Rolls Royce limousine and shared photos on Instagram, was accused of “revenge porn” by Harrison.

The Towie star, who waived her anonymity, said she was “relieved” by the verdict on Wednesday.

“The last two years have been absolute hell and this verdict will allow me to start to put the pain I have suffered in the past and start embracing the future,” Harrison said in a statement.

“Bear’s behaviour was completely unacceptable and those who choose to commit such crimes should and will be prosecuted.

“I have felt ashamed, hurt, violated, even broken at times but today I stand here feeling empowered, grateful and a huge sense of unity with all of those who have reached out to support me throughout this ordeal.”

Harrison also said with more people’s lives spent online, it is “important” they are protected “in the virtual world just as they are in reality”.

She told how she hopes by taking a stand, other victims of revenge porn will come forward to “seek justice and most importantly show them that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of”.

Harrison previously broke down during the trial as she told jurors how the tape had ruined her life.

She told the court that she and Bear had gone into the garden while drunk to play cards when she had sex with him unaware she was being filmed.

“We had had sex before. His performance was a lot more excited and a lot more dramatic than usual. Looking back – more positions, more effort,” Harrison said. “I had no idea I was on camera.”

When Bear said they “might have been caught” on CCTV, Harrison said she told him she needed to see it.

She claimed she realised it was a “serious situation” when she thought she caught him sending the clip on WhatsApp later that night.

Harrison told the court that she broke down in tears and warned Bear she would “get him done for revenge porn” if the footage was ever sent on.

The reality star claimed Bear told her, “I would never do that,” and promised he would delete it.

“I hit him and said if anyone sees this it’s going to be really bad, it’s going to change my life and yours,” she said.

“I’d known this guy for years and I trusted him somewhat but he acted like I was being really uptight.”

The court heard that when later confronted about the clip appearing online, Bear slammed her claims as “full-blown lies”.

He also told her: “You’ve built something up in your head.

“You’ve built yourself up and it’s made me look like a c*** and I am a c*** but I didn’t do this.”

The star claimed Harrison had sent the video elsewhere and was now trying to “get him nicked”.

During his own evidence, Bear claimed he was subjected to more than 1000 personal attacks when the tape went public.

It was also revealed he had made almost $72,000 from OnlyFans in the weeks after sharing the clip.

Asked in court whether that was good money, he said: “I got offered almost [$90,000] to do Celebrity Big Brother again so it depends what you call good money.”

Just two months before it went public, Bear’s bank account had been nearly $23,000 in debt.

The star also dragged ex-Towie star Lauren Goodger into his evidence as he claimed he had sex with her.

Bear said: “I’ve had many girlfriends in the press with high followings but I didn’t do it to them. So why is Georgia the chosen one?”

He added: “I put in my best performance every time I have sexual intercourse with the ladies. If it’s 20 minutes long, you’ve put in a good performance. Wasn’t the old three-minute wonder.”

Bear boasted a “50 per cent off deal” for his adults-only site alongside a photo of him arriving at court during the trial.

He added: “Come see why I’m trending.”

Bear was on holiday in Dubai prior to his arrest, and was arrested when he landed at Heathrow on January 15 last year.

When quizzed by police, Bear told officers he “didn’t know what voyeurism meant”.

Bear, from Walthamstow, East London, worked as a roofer before making it as a reality TV star.

He first appeared on Shipwrecked: The Island back in 2011.

Bear, who previously dated Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby, then re-emerged on Ex on the Beach in 2015.

Since then, he’s been on Celebrity Big Brother, Just Tattoo Of Us and Celebrity Ghost Hunt Live.

Harrison has previously appeared on reality shows including Towie, Love Island and Olivia Meets Her Match.

Speaking after the verdict, Assistant Chief Constable Rachel Nolan said: “This man thought he could treat women and girls like they were on a reality show. He thought he could commit appalling crimes in Essex and get away with it. He was wrong.

“You can’t try to shame and manipulate people to satisfy yourself. You can’t pretend that taking intimate videos and sharing them without consent is OK. It’s not. And if you try to get away with it in Essex, you won’t, regardless of who you are.

“Thank you Georgia Harrison, not only for your bravery but for your trust in our detectives. I’d like to commend the investigating officer in this case, DC Brian Sitch, who has demonstrated his determination to stand alongside Georgia Harrison to hold this man to account.

“Let me be clear, misogyny and violence and intimidation against women and girls, in all its forms, is wrong – and it is for us all to stand up and stand together to stamp it out in our society.”
