Kevin Hart apologises for drunkenly trying to get on stage and swearing on TV after his team won the Super Bowl
COMEDIAN Kevin Hart has admitted his drunken behaviour at the Super Bowl was “in the top two stupidest things I’ve ever done” in a lengthy apology.
COMEDIAN Kevin Hart experienced some post-drinking regret after celebrating his NFL team winning the Super Bowl.
After drunkenly bombarding the NFL Network’s postgame show following Philadelphia’s 41-33 victory over the Patriots, and trying to get on stage with the team as they accepted their trophy only to be stopped by security, the diehard Eagles fan posted a rambling statement on social media in the early hours of the next day.
“To all the kids out there, I just want to say don’t drink,” a bleary-eyed Hart, 38, began.
“You know, when alcohol is in your system, you do dumb stuff. Me trying to go on stage with the trophy [is] definitely in the top two stupidest things I’ve ever done, but who cares, the Eagles won the Super Bowl.”
“Yeah, I’m still a little tipsy, but the world can kiss my a**.
“My wife [Eniko Parrish] was the first one to say, ‘Babe, don’t go up there,’” Hart said. “It didn’t work out. That man [security guard] did his job, didn’t he.”
The Philadelphia native capped off his post with a variety of different hashtags, not limited to “#iShouldHaveListenedToMyWife,” “#ImBuyingaEagleWithTheMoneyiWon” and the most poignant, “#AtLeastiDidntPunchaHorse.”
After watching the game from the stands, the Jumanji star made his way onto the field and attempted to join the players celebrating on the winner’s podium.
But security wasn’t going to let it happen.

The next time we saw Hart he had joined the NFL Network panel, who were broadcasting their post-game analysis and reaction.
Despite admitting “I’ve been drinking” Hart grabbed a microphone to add his two cents.
As he attempted to explain Philly’s effort, he accidentally blurted out “we gave a f***” and recognised this was no time for him to be on live television.
He immediately returned the microphone and allowed NFL legend Deion Sanders to escort him off stage.

But there was at least one nice moment among the chaos. Philadelphia wide receiver Alshon Jeffery had a day to remember as he hauled in a touchdown during the Eagles’ win. But his kid’s day may have been even more memorable by the look on his face as he met Hart.
