Amber Heard and Johnny Depp will face each other in court later this month.

A NEW video has been published on gossip website TMZ that shows actor Johnny Depp getting angry with his ex Amber Heard and throwing a wine glass.

In the clip the 53-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star can be seen swearing and banging cupboard doors while Heard — who is secretly filming the exchange on a mobile phone — asks him what’s wrong.

At one point Heard apologises (it’s not clear what she’s apologising for) and mentions they had previously been “having a nice morning”.

She then asks Depp if he drank the wine from the half-empty bottle that is sitting on the bench, which sends him into a rage.

He then realises he is being filmed and grabs the phone.

Heard is accusing Depp of domestic violence.

The videotaped incident is said to have occurred months before the altercation where Heard claims Depp injured her face when he threw a mobile phone at her.

Heard, 30, filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage back in May. Days after filing for divorce she came forward with the domestic violence claims (claims that Depp strenuously denies).

Sources tell TMZ that the video is “heavily edited” and was set up by Heard to paint Depp in a bad light. They say the clip is missing moments where she goads him.

Depp’s legal team is reportedly ‘locked and loaded’, with a secret photo to support his defence against Heard’s accusations.

TMZ also notes that the video will most likely not be admissible in court if it is edited and because Depp did not know he was being filmed.
