AMBER Heard “cried and yelled” as she refused to submit to questioning in her domestic violence case against her ex, Johnny Depp.

TMZ is reporting Heard was “screaming” as she refused to go under oath during a deposition.

Lawyers for Depp now want Heard banned from testifying at the trial or the entire domestic violence case against him dismissed.

Heard, 30, refused to enter the room where she was due to be questioned by Depp’s lawyers, according to TMZ.

Legal documents cited by TMZ said Depp’s lawyer Laura Wasser requested Heard be led into the conference room where the deposition was to be held but the Magic Mike XXL star refused.

Depp’s lawyer alleges Heard “began crying and carrying on in the adjoining office” and also failed to submit documents that had been requested by Depp’s legal team, according to Hollywood gossip site TMZ.

But a source told the Daily Mail Heard had co-operated.

“She was there and ready to proceed. She never refused to go in,” the unnamed source said.

It comes as Depp’s lawyers are reportedly “locked and loaded” with 24 witnesses and a never-before-seen photo in his defence.

TMZ reports Depp’s lawyers plan also to accuse Heard of lying when she said she didn’t know it was illegal to bring dogs into Australia, which promoted the much-publicised dog smuggling case against the former couple in April.

The Rum Diaries actress filed for divorce from Depp, 53, in May after 15 months of marriage — days before she accused him of leaving her bruised when he threw an iPhone at her face during a fight.

Heard has been granted a temporary restraining order against Depp.
