The Beckhams’ surprise day out

THEY’RE famous for being one of the world’s most glam couples, but Victoria and David had a low-key start to their Aussie trip.

Why these celeb marriages stood the test of time

THEY’RE famous for being one of the world’s most glamorous couples, but Victoria and David Beckham have had a low-key start to their Australian trip.

The British couple, who are in Sydney to attend the Invictus games, visited Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures on Monday.

The New South Wales Central Coast recreation park revealed in an Instagram post they had played host to David, Victoria and three of the couple’s four children.

The Beckhams enjoyed a day of abseiling, quad biking and “even assisted our team with feeding some of our new Spring foals”.

“Our team certainly enjoyed hosting the Beckhams. The family were incredibly down-to-earth, friendly and appreciative and all thoroughly enjoyed their day with us,” the post read.

One excited staff member Lauren Funnell managed to get a photo with Victoria and David, describing it on Instagram as “incredible experience”.

Meanwhile Wahroonga cafe The Butcher’s Block also enjoyed a surprise visit from the Beckhams.

Victoria and David stopped by the cafe, located on Sydney’s North Shore, on Tuesday for breakfast, the eatery reported on Instagram.

The celebrity couple’s low key holiday comes as speculation about the state of their marriage continues to grow.

Victoria has reportedly been in tears over an interview David gave to The Sunday Project in which he labelled their marriage “hard work” and “complicated”.

The Sun reports that David then released CCTV of a raid on their house last Friday to try and deflect attention from their marriage — but it backfired.

“She was upset by the comments he had made publicly. The raid is a totally separate issue,” a source close to the couple told The Sun.

“She was already on a flight to Australia by the time the burglary footage was released — giving it to the media was totally out of her hands.

“It was meant to have an impact on the way the incident appeared — and deflected from the reality of why she was so upset. It has just added to the tensions between them.”
