Taika Waititi and Rita Ora tie the knot after dating for 18 months
After dating for 18 months and making headlines for their steamy displays, Taika Waititi and Rita Ora have reportedly wed in secret.
Rita Ora and Taika Waititi have tied the knot less than two months after the Hollywood director popped the question.
The pair exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in London, The Sun reports.
But rather than taking time out for a luxurious honeymoon, Ora is already back at work, recording new music in the studio.

A source said: “It was a really intimate ceremony and super special for everyone there. Their nearest and dearest can see how madly in love they are.
“Despite living in the spotlight, Rita is determined to keep the relationship as private as possible and didn’t want to make a big song and dance about the wedding.
“A big, showbiz-style bash is planned to celebrate, but don’t expect to see it being flogged to the highest-bidding magazine.
“Rita’s already back in the studio working on her third album, with her latest session being with Ava Max and Noah Cyrus’ writer Rollo.”
Ora uploaded a snap of her man enjoying a glass of wine in the sun over the weekend. The wine was reportedly sent to them by actor friend Cameron Diaz.
While she made sure to cover his wedding ring finger with a caption, her sister also uploaded a similar shot revealing the New Zealand director with a silver ring on his left hand.
Ora, 31, and Waititi, 46, have been dating for a year-and-a-half after growing close while she was in Australia working as a coach on TV singing show The Voice.
The pair have made headlines over their steamy public displays of affection.
In 2021, pictures emerged of the Oscar winner cuddling up and kissing both Ora and Thor actress Tessa Thompson last year.
The Daily Mail has reported that the photos were taken at Waititi’s house after an all-night party in Sydney.

Waititi responded to the Sydney Morning Herald: “Is it that big a deal? No, not really. I was doing nothing wrong. It’s fine.”
Before meeting Ora, Waititi was married to New Zealand film producer Chelsea Winstanley for seven years. They have two daughters, Te HinekÄhu, 9, and Matewa Kiritapu, 6. Waititi and Winstanley separated in 2018.
